  1. Tell it what you’re done seeing

    Switch on what you want gone, like rage-bait or gore, or describe it in your own words: “no golf, and nothing about my ex’s band.”

  2. Scroll like you always do

    Remedy checks each post as it loads, with one AI model for text and another for images and video, before it reaches your screen.

  3. It’s gone before you see it

    Anything that matches is blurred, then quietly removed as it comes into view. The popup shows what was taken out, if you want to look.

Which sites does it work on?

X, Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and TikTok out of the box, and any other site you add. On X, Reddit and YouTube whole posts are removed; elsewhere, images and videos stay blurred until they’ve been checked. It never runs on banking, email, health or government sites.

What is “usage”?

Checking a post with AI costs a little, and your plan includes a set amount of it each month, shown in dollars. Posts Remedy has already checked cost nothing. The extension shows how much you’ve used, and at this pace when you’d run out.

What happens if I run out?

Remedy stops checking new posts until your usage resets on the 1st, and tells you so, rather than quietly letting things through. You can top up for the rest of the month, turn on automatic top-ups, or move to a bigger plan.

How does the free trial work?

Plus starts with 5 days free, with $10 of usage. A card is required; cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. One trial per person and per card.

Is what I see sent anywhere?

To check a post, its text and images go to Remedy’s AI models, which are run with zero data retention: they don’t keep it or train on it. Remedy keeps only a fingerprint of each post and its verdict, never the post. What was removed from your feed stays in your browser.

Can it get things wrong?

Sometimes. AI filters can miss things or remove something harmless. Switch filters on and off, reword yours, or pause Remedy for an hour whenever you like. The popup shows everything it removed, so nothing disappears without a trace.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from “Manage billing” in the extension. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
